Whole sweet peppers are first smoked, then dried and ground.
Thanks to the warm weather, up to 300 days of sunshine a year and relatively high rainfall, peppers thrive in southeastern Spain even without chemicals.
Growing method:
Pre-cultivation - January
Planting - March
Hand-picked - September, October
Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25 °C.
Minimum shelf life: min. 1 year
