Made with just three organic ingredients, this 81% chocolate brings the character of unroasted Peruvian cocoa to the fore. Unroasted cocoa nibs from Peru are stone-ground with a little unrefined Peruvian cocoa butter and gently sweetened with organic Arenga palm sugar. Expect an intense, naturally fruity, bittersweet cocoa flavour with a soft caramel note from the palm sugar.
