2. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop www.cocoafarm.de.
Sales to businesses (B2B) are possible on request and are based on separate agreements.
3. Contractual partners and conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with

4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory value added tax.
Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process. Shipping is free
for orders over EUR 80.
5. Discounts
For orders over EUR 200, you will receive a 5% discount.
For orders over EUR 320, you will receive an 8% discount.
- For orders over EUR 440, you will receive an 11% discount.
6. Delivery
We ship all products within 36 hours of receiving your order.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Delivery is made from the Czech Republic to Germany and Austria by parcel service.
Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 3–7 business days.
7. Payment
Payment options: Prepayment, credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods offered in the online shop.
The invoice amount is due immediately.
8. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement by email to:

After receipt of the goods or after cancellation (if the goods have not yet been shipped), we will refund the purchase price within 7 days.
9. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
10. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
In the event of defects, you may request a replacement delivery or a refund.
11. Liability
We are only liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
12. Data protection
Your data will be processed exclusively in accordance with the statutory data protection provisions.

13. Final provisions
The law of the Czech Republic applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers residing in Germany or Austria, the mandatory consumer protection regulations of their home country apply.
