Our organic, unrefined, cold-pressed cocoa butter has a simple journey: It is produced in the Dominican Republic, travels by sea to Rotterdam, where it spends a few weeks due to customs clearance and ecological inspection, and then continues directly to us in Pelhřimov.

Variety: Hispaniola – a locally grown, high-quality fermented Trinitario variety

Cocoa butter is ideal for:

  • craft chocolate production

  • pralines and fine confectionery

  • baking and desserts

Thanks to its natural purity and delicate aroma, it is also very suitable for skin care, especially when a light cocoa scent is desired.
