Conventional cocoa mass from Ecuadorian cocoa beans.

Cocoa mass in nibs, ideal for confectioners, bakers, ice cream makers, and others.

The nibs are the ideal size of around 3 cm for easy weighing, dosing, and melting.

Cocoa mass is roasted cocoa beans without shells, finely ground in a melanger and deacidified by conching.

Also known as 100% chocolate, sugar-free chocolate or cocoa paste.
English names are cocoa mass, cocoa liquor, cocoa paste.

Hallo, besteht die Möglichkeit Laborwerte zu diesem Produkt zu erfahren wie polyphenole und Schwermetall Gehalt. Bin aktuell Preise am vergleichen wollte mir kakaobutter für Hautcremes zulegen und Kakaomasse zum Genießen mit Honig. Und es gibt bei ihnen noch die ecuadorische Kakaomasse Bio wie sind da die Werte ? Würde mich über die genauen Werte freuen Gruß Andreas
