Ceremonial Cacao from Unroasted Nibs — Stone Ground for 72 Hours
Our ceremonial cacao is made from unroasted cocoa nibs, slowly ground in a stone melanger for 72 hours. This extended grinding creates a fine cacao mass with a smooth texture, ready for your daily cacao ritual or a quiet moment of enjoyment.
All the naturally occurring cocoa butter remains in the mass. Made entirely from unroasted cocoa nibs, our cacao contains no added sugar, emulsifiers, or other ingredients.
To prepare, finely chop your desired amount and blend with warm water or a plant-based drink until frothy. Add spices or a little sweetness to suit your taste.
